Dan Perry is an orthopaedic surgeon. He specialises in paediatric orthopaedics and is a clinical academic working at Oxford University. Dan is visiting Aberdeen this week and is presenting his work linking health data in Scotland to address the question - 'Is obesity a risk factor for a not uncommon orthopaedic problem of the hip called slipped femoral epiphysis (SFE)?'.
