In pursuit of the delivery of high quality, clinically relevant, methodologically excellent RCTs, CHaRT focuses on pragmatic trials of discrete non-drug technologies or complex interventions. Trials of other interventions are only supported if there is an overriding strategic case.
The delivery of all these trials is underpinned and informed by methodological research and governed by strong quality assurance principles.
