Researchers of the ACAMH showcase their work during Doors Open Day 2017
ACAMH takes part in Doors Open Day at the Institute of Medical Sciences.
As part of the Aberdeen Doors Open Day event on 9 September 2017, researchers from the Aberdeen Centre for Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Health were delighted to welcome visitors to the University of Aberdeen’s Institute of Medical Sciences and talk about their ongoing research. Dr. Anke Roelofs and co-workers from the Arthritis and Regenerative Medicine Laboratory talked about how they hope to target stem cells in our joints to repair damaged cartilage and treat arthritis. Dr. Kathryn Martin and colleagues from the Epidemiology Group discussed the importance of physical activity and their Walk With Ease study.
