Throughout the year King's College Chapel is available for all those within the University of Aberdeen community and surrounding areas for funerals and memorials. We know the importance of the funeral service or memorial as a moment for individuals, families, and a community to come together to pay their respects to a loved one and to recognise with thanksgiving the life of that person.
At a time of loss, we understand that you need as much support as possible and we have a lot of experience helping people through this difficult time. We are here to help and will work in partnership with you as a family, your funeral director and minister or officiant. Our staff in the Chaplaincy will help you with all the practical aspects of holding a funeral within King’s College Chapel.
