An exhibition linking art and science.
Fabric of the Land is a series of open submission exhibitions linking art and science. This year the exhibition will move from it's birthplace in the Geology and Petroleum Geology department of the University of Aberdeen to an exciting, new city centre venue.
The exhibition showcases selected art works alongside items of geological interest.
This year's exhibition is kindly sponsored by Dana Petroleum, the University of Aberdeen, Aberdeen Inspired and Aberdeen City Council.
Awards will be presented to the best work, with a first prize of £1,500 and two awards of £500.
Join us for a celebration of art and science with a variety of local, national and international art mixed with geological specimens in a unique location.
