The third GRO-ABS Visser meeting was held in Aberdeen between the 31st August and 2nd September 2008. It was attended by a group of about 5 researchers from groningen along with many researcheres into the ecological aspects of ageing from across Scotland. Steve Austad from the University of texas (San antonio) was the keynote speaker.
