We are on the doorstep to University of Aberdeen's main campus. Next door are bakery, grocery store, pizza takeaway, fish and chips, post office and larger supermarkets are a few minute bus ride away.

Your Room

Has Internet connection and energy included in your rental payment, desk, en-suite bathroom, bed with mattress (bring along your own bedding), plenty of storage, sink & vanity mirror, pin boards and own lockable door with key card. Weekly rent varies from £98 - £130.

Your Flat

You will share your flat with up to 5 others with a kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, living room with comfy chairs somewhere to socialise.

King Street Exchange offers secure accommodation with CCTV for your (and your parents) peace of mind. With 24 hour onsite assistance.

King Street Exchange has a limited amount of onsite car parking available for an additional weekly cost.

Gurantor's Information

Your guarantor should be a responsible person who will be accountable for Paying your rent and any damages should you be unable to make the payments. By signing the tenancy your guarantor will accept joint responsibility for the financial aspects of the tenancy agreement.

Rent Payment Details

Payment Options:

Full payment in advance by Cheque, Credit Card, Debit Card.

Payment by direct debit plan:

3 Instalments.

8 Instalments: 1 £99 instalment administration charge is applicable which will be spilt over each instalment.

Please note that the application for accommodation will be issued by the University but once completed it will be passed to Unite to process as the contract for your room will be with Unite and NOT the University.
